We have one room to rent in a penthouse apartment in Tipperary Waters. Rent is $255 per week + bills. Four week bond required. The room comes with a queen size bed.

You’d be sharing with a male (28) and female (25) both professionals. We are both easy going and relaxed people who enjoy a few beers on the weekend.

We generally share the cooking and cleaning is all shared.
