Currently we are looking for a housemate to move into the third bedroom which is semi furnished with a futon mattress and desk in Stuart Park. The apartment is fully furnished in the living and kitchen areas and is close to the CBD via bike or car. Tiger Brennan Drive is located close to the location making access to Stuart Highway or Palmerston a dream.We are looking for someone who is clean social and has a bright personality. Preferably you will not be a huge party animal due to the shift work that is involved with our work although we do enjoy using our outdoor entertaining area including a BBQ and 6 seated outdoor setting.Available from this Friday 25th November Bond will be $450 and 2 weeks rent in advance before moving in.
