Room available in 3 bedroom house in nice new area of palmerston looking for an animal lover as I have 3 (outside) dogs and a cat. The house is completely furnished we have a spa big tv plenty of room etc etc. The bedroom has air con and BIR/mirror. The dogs are very friendly and will not bother you unless you want them to. I like to keep the house clean and tidy. Electricity/water Bill is devided evenly along with the rent. Basically we are looking for someone responsible and laid back that doesnt mind the occasional beverage to share with 2 professional females. Outside smokers.
