Room available in 3 bedroom house in nice new area of palmerston looking for an animal lover as I have 2 dogs and a kitten. The house is completely furnished we have cable wireless broadband a spa a boat etc. The room has air con and BIR/mirror. The dogs are very friendly and will not bother you unless you want them to. I like to keep the house clean and tidy. Electricity Bill is devided evenly along with the rent. Basically I am looking for someone responsible and laid back that doesnt mind the occasional beverage.
