The single room is furnished aircon and BIR in a fully furnished 3 bedroom house with tropical garden salt water pool internet broadband and BBQ for $250 incl all expenses per week. The property is located in Parap which is 2 min walk away from markets and shops and 5 min from CBD puplic transport is just arround the corner and the area where we are living is very quiet and safe.My partner and I are living in the house with one other girl and we are very quiet friendly happy tidy people which would love to meet you.Best regards Chrisi
