I have 1 bedroom available in a well ventilated, 2 story house. Sharing with 2 guys in a casual, relaxed and clean household.

Bus stop round the corner, 2 blocks back from the beach and 1 block from the shops. Good area, very little noise of a night and sometimes you can hear the sea. Large kitchen/sitting room and massive backyard, but owner doesn’t like pets, sorry.

Fully stocked with cutlery/crockery.

Room has either a single or a double bed available, however, if you have your own furniture, these can go back in storage.

Rent and bills split equally, rostered chores.

Available ASAP. Minimum stay, 1 week. Preferred stay 1 month to 6 months or more
