Our modern family household has a room for rent. The available room has air-conditioning, two large wardrobes, large windows and is tilled. We offer free wifi, and the use of a personal fridge which we can provide however electricity bills will be split. We have a very friendly dog and I live with my daughter. The house itself has a lot of room for parking, a large garden and is close to shopping centres, the beach, the city and the airport.
