I have 2 dogs so whomever is interested must love dogs. House is very clean and tidy. Large yard with spa in the back. Quiet neighbourhood. 20 minute walk to university and across street from airport. Bus stops nearby to both city and casuarina. Markets on weekends nearby at rapid creek shopping centre and nightcliff. I am an easy going person who has many different interests. I am not a party animal but do like to have a glass of wine and chill out i also do enjoy the odd social gathering. I love to cook. I would prefer someone who would clean up after themselves such as washing dishes taking the bins out- as i am no maid! Neat and tidy person preferred. NO SMOKING as i am a severe asthmatic.
