A Bedroom available in Milner, to share with mature full-time female flight attendant named Lara. Two Bedroom Unit near Retail Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Shopping Plaza, Pubs, Airport, Beach and Uni. Short stroll to public transport. The unit is on the top floor with great breezes, open plan living and a pool within the complex. The unit is fuul-furnished apart from the room on offer. The complex itself is very quiet with an eclectic bunch living within, which is all friendly and relaxed.

The room itself is situated at the back of the unit near the balcony and recieves great light and brezzes. It has a reverse cycle A/C as does the entire unit and large BIRs. All you need effectively is a Bed. Your room has great privacy as the rooms are seperated by the Laundry and bathroom which has a Bath.

Myself, I am the current person sharing with Lara. I wouldn’t be moving out as I have become at home, but my plans are to move internationally this year and I am moving back with the folks to save.

The bod is 4 weeks rent ($880.00) and there after $220.00 p.w plus bills. Bills are usually $150.00 a qaurter.
