I dont mind the occasional night out but like my home to be tranquil a place to unwind and relax away from the world outside. Im a pretty easy going person and find that honesty is always the best in any situation.The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom elevated house in Ludmilla which is a suburb pretty much in the middle of Darwin CBD and Casuarina. There are bus lines that go past the area on two of the main roads and takes five mins to walk to the bus stops from the house.The room for rent has an A/C and built in robes. The room has a queen size fouton bed and side table.Short term or long term. Electricity is included in the price. 2 weeks rent and a 2 week security bond must be payed up front. Persons who clean up after ones-self and helps with general cleaning duties need only apply.You must be animal friendly/tolerant as my Jack Russell Indy is a very friendly inside dog that think she rules the house and is like a daughter to me (if you dont like animals/dogs please DO NOT apply).The other occupant of the house at this stage is my mate Selena and she lives a similar busy lifestyle as myselfPlease feel free to contact me by phone.
