Im looking for a housemate (s) who is looking for a clean place. The house is partially tiled in downstairs area with carpets in bedrooms and living areas. It has good cross flow ventilation with security on all the doors and windows. The owner is committed to putting in a swimming pool in January 2010. Im a professional guy who works fulltime. Im open to a housemate of any age but prefer that you are professional and have no problems paying your commitments. There is broadband ADSL wireless internet available included in the weekly rent. Utilities ($300) per quarter will be split between us. Bond not required. But need two weeks ($440) rent in advance.
