We have a room available in a lovely house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Leanyer. The house has a spacious tiled living area large kitchen with dishwasher separate bathroom and toilet large yard and covered outdoor laundry. The room itself is carpeted large with a built-in wardrobe 6 power outlets and a TV jack. Undercover parking is available.Myself and my flatmate are responsible young adults (18 and 23). We are respectful independent easy-going and accepting. We both work full-time when not working we enjoy a laugh and an occasional drink without getting out of hand. I have a good-natured English Pointer dog called Baggins.We both pull our weight with housework and expect our future flatmate to do the same. We split the power bill equally though if you use aircon or a plasma TV etc. you will be expected to pay more.
