the room is in a large 3 bedroom house 2 bathrooms fully air/con swimming pool BBQ area the room has a double bed bedside cupboard book shelf and large wardrobe own bathroom in the house .. large TV etc share kitchen and laundry the house is on 5 acreas with lots of lawn and mango trees . kangaroos birds possums etc the main house is myself and my hubby we are quiet non smokers social drinkers we like to go fishing and camping we both ride motorbikes also we are very open minded if you have a partner thats ok we dont mind if they visit ocasionaly but not at all hours of the night we would prefer someone who is also quietish and possibly have the same interests very clean not lazy and cleans up after them selfs not scared to pick up a broom or mop to help with the chores the room is $220pw including power must be power conscious ….not leaving lights and a/c on the property is on bees creek road there is a shopping centre about 2k away if you think this is you love to hear from you we are fairly easy to live with if you do the right thing
