Hi, I have a room becoming available for rent in my 2 Bedroom Townhouse in Fannie Bay (22/11/2013). I am a very neat and tidy person and would like someone similiar to share. There is an off-street carpark available. Quiet complex of four, the room is airconditioned, has QB, BIRS, etc. Would ideally suit FIFO person/shift worker. Not a party house, but there is a spa and a courtyard to kick back and relax in. Close to Fannie Bay Races, shops, public transport, the city, East Point and the Darwin Sailing Club!!
