We have the master bedroom available in our modern city apartment. The unfurnished room consists of a private balcony walk in robe and spacious ensuite as well a secured car park. You will be sharing with two social guys (27 and 31) both professionally employed who enjoy a beer on the weekend and chilling out during the week. The building is ideally located within 5 minutes walk to town and boasts a secured lift swimming pool and well equipped gym. Were looking for someone relaxed social employed and who understands the dynamics of share house living. (No couples please) Rent is $240 / week (plus share of bills)
