We are two very clean & friendly females looking for someone to move into our modern CBD apartment which is available on the 10th of June.
We would prefer a male house mate, (Sorry no couples need to apply) we are looking for someone who is clean and tidy who can clean up after themselves and you must be working full time. Someone who is respectful and of our possessions. Bond & 2 weeks rent required.
The room we have available is a large unfurnished room. The apartment has golf course views, well appointed kitchen and a large lap pool and gym in complex.
We are easy going we don’t mind a glass of wine or two after work. But not party people are we are both working professionally full time and studying by correspondence.
