I just moved in myself and the apartment is fully self contained so you just need your suitcase. Unfort no carspace or tv jack in room ( can ask realtor though for this)Im gay friendly scoial clean and enjoy eating out wine at home etc. I work a lot so home is a bit of refuge when there is time.Happy to look at short term recent relocations while you get yourself settled.
