Hello!

My partner Pat and i live in a modern 3 bedroom apartment in the Darwin CBD and are looking for preferably a couple to rent out our spare room!

The Apartment has been fully furnished and equipped by us, however the spare room available will not be furnished as our current housemate will be leaving us!

you will have access to the pool and the main bathroom is all yours! Its close to all the shops and in a great place to walk to the famous Mindil markets.

we are looking for either a couple or a persone either way that is relitivly quite and keeps to themselves (no party animals please haha) ah and people who are very clean and tidy and happy to chip in with house work. Sorry no pets.

Bills are all split including internet. The rent is currently $300 a week however this will be negotiable.
