Hi. We are a professional couple and are looking for a professional mature person to share our 2bedroom 2bathroom apartment on Cavenagh street. On offer is an air conditioned room with roof fan single bed with linen couch TV Desk with chair and clock radio. the ensuite bathroom has sink shower and toilet as well as the shared washing machine and dryer.The house is well equipped and is air conditioned through out. Wi Fi internet is available but the cost is not included in the weekly rental price. All bills will be split 3 ways. Rent is to be paid 2weeks in advance and a bond equivalent to 4weeks rent is required. Messy party animals need not apply. Room is available to view immediately and able to move in from 16th of June. We prefer have someone to stay at least 3months.
