Room available to rent in brand new townhouse in “The Brooklands” complex, Stanhope Gardens/ Parklea (directly opposite Parklea Markets). Property is walking distance to T-Way, and Stanhope Gardens Shopping Centre.

Rent is paid weekly ($150 not including amenities which are divided equally quarterly). Currently living in the house is one female and two males. Person must be care-free, social and easy going.

Housemates work shift work (irregular hours) so the house is rarely fully occupied. The house is fully furnished but the room available has a bed.
