Close to Nirinmba uni/tafe shops Aldi and M7. Fully furnished living area (microwave washing machine dryer large fridge – can fit a whole slab easy etc) some bedroom furniture available if required. Double garage (1 spot available)or theres plenty of space to park in front of the house. Very secure and friendly neighbourhood. BBQ area and a grass backyard. To share all bills wireless internet available. Usually do own meals but happy to share. Were a friendly easy going and responsible young couple. Currently my brother owns the lease.
