I am easy going person I live with my son him and I are both busy people my son is a boxer so he spends most of his time at the gym. I work fulltime and during the week and weekends mostly out too.The townhouse is 10 min walk to train station Richmond line.I am looking for someone to take up the spare room mostly due increased interest rates and high bills.
