$200 per week including all utilities. You get a large room 4.2m x 2.7m with built-in wardrobe, you also get your own bathroom and toilet and off street parking.
house has ducted air. Must like dogs as i have one that lives inside but not looking to have any other pets.
house is fully furnished. All you need is the furniture for your room but can accomodate some other furniture if required.
I work early morning shifts and am generally a quiet person so shift workers wont be disturbed.
A spare room is also available for storing belongings but is a share room with me.
