I am looking for a flatmate that likes to live in a home! I would like someone who is friendly loves a chat and who would like to share this place with me. It is three bedroom with built ins to all but was thinking the third room could be a spare for friends or a study. However if we decide we would like another roomie we could always rent out the other which would put the rent down to 100 a week…if you have a friend or rellie you want to move in with this could work!I have a new fridge and washing machine and own most of the furniture. However if you have anything you would like to bring in that would be great and we could always store things in the shed if need be. There is a garage with a long driveway so that can be shared if you have a car. There is also a little backyard for bbqs or sunbaking in this heat!It is very close to The Centro and Plaza that you could walk there aswell as The Hospital.I am a 22 year old Teacher of dance who is from the country and moved to Sydney to study at UNSW and has been posted out here. I am a fun loving person who loves to decorate and look after my home.
