Looking for a housemate for our near new house in the new estate of Glenmore Park. Room is available to house share with 3 males in their mid twenties, all of which work full time.

The house has a big backyard, lounge room, 2 bathrooms, double garage and alfresco with a BBQ that gets a workout every second night.

Only minutes to local shops and M4

All occupants are friendly and tidy, like to have a good time but respect personal space.

The house is fully furnished except for the room. Everyone chips in $28/month for Foxtel, and utilities bills are shared. We are also looking to get Internet connected in the near future.
