A duplex home with unfurnished bedrooms with built in wardrobes all rooms have secure locks the house is semi furnished and is close to all amenities Westfield in Penrith Penrith station buses and its across the road from Jamison Park where they have loads of soccer basketball and personal trainers also close to Western Sydney Uni and TAFE The house is clean and tidy but not overly of course we are all busy! A happy and friendly environment with respect for one another. The house has a front porch for the barbecue area and an average size yard also have rooms vacant in Hebersham about 15m drive from Parramatta great two story house with big size rooms at a $150.00 per week. I am also renting 2 huge rooms out in Kemps Creek on 6 acres great relaxing location with loads of green grass for sore eyes suitable for bachelor or couple $150.00 to $200.00 a week thanks for looking and happy house/flatmate hunting.
