Two Kiwi males Blake and Brendon are looking for another house mate. We would preferably like a student as the third house mate. Myself and the other current housemate both work full time, so we would appreciate someone that can respect others time space and belongings, most of all Friendly, easy to get along with and honest. We live very close to shops Train station and Public transport. There is limited Parking as its a complex (our unit/house is Free standing of the others) so its either get in early or park down the road as we live on main road, we have a home gym (see pics) we would prefer a female flatemate as they are generally more tidy and would provide a good balance to our household..My name is Brendon I manage a tree planting business in and around NSW I spend a fair amount of time away with work or at my girlfriends, so the house is quite quiet at times, we look forward to your replies…..wireless internet, Gas, Power and water included in utilities…if a bed is needed we may be able to provide one for the right person..our gated complex is safe, we are both responsible guys, one of us ex Royal NZ navy and other part time personal trainer, the train staion is only 10min walk as is westfields shopping and cinemas etc, please feel free to come and meet up for a look:) For the right person that is fit there is also the opportunity to gain casual work with me planting as long as you can handle planting thousands of plants and have white construction card..this may suit a horticulture student..
