We have just had a spare room in a big old terrace in Redfern/Surry hills become available. Our lovely spanish flatmate has to flee back to Spain at short notice. Short notice being this Sunday!We are nestled just behind the Surry Hills shopping centre seconds to buses and a short walk to Redfern or Central station. To share with two guys and on girl in our early/mid twenties. So a girl would be preferred to keep the balance going.Really easy going place. Only one bathroom but the added bonus of a original outside dunny for emergencies.Kitchen has a dishwasher and the backyard is perfect for chilling out having a barbecue and has been know to host the odd party. (Which was better than next doors people kept coming over!)The room is medium with built in wardrobe.We split internet access gas and electricity.Bond of 4 weeks rent.
