I am looking for a very clean tidy person from 30 years old that is a non smoker who is honest genuine and very resposible who is looking for at least a 3 month rent someone who will always respect my property.I have the bus at the door to Parramatta and Merrylands shopping centre and golf course 5 mins walk parks and cycling tracks very close.I have 2 dogs that are outside dogs that are very friedly i would like someone that is quiet but also friendly who is honest and trustworthy. Linen is provided if required. I have a shopping centre only 5mins walk i am in a nice quiet area with all facilities very handy. There is a 2 week bond internet is available and electricity and water included in rent(but if usage is above the normal and excess will need to be paid)Must be someone who is here to work or study or both. I like to keep my home clean and tidy I am very family orientated and work full time and enjoy dancing and the out doors. Person needs to have a nice quiet personality and easy to get on with.
