Apartment is fully furnished as well couches TV kitchen appliances and utensils washer/dryer etc.Rent is $160 per week per person or $320 if you wish to rent the room alone. Wireless internet access included in the bills which usually never exceed $50 per person for 3 months. Available for short or long term its all up to you we are flexible =) The bond is one months rent which you will get it all back when moving out.This is a fun international apartment with 1 swedish girl 1 french girl 1 colombian guy and 1 brazilian guy as your roommates. Everyone is respectful friendly and like to have a good time however we all work during the week so there is no problem having a quiet night at home if you want!There is a large balcony which overlooks darling harbour as well as rooftop access a courtyard and outdoor pool. The location is absolutely perfect with Town Hall Station around the corner and Darling Harbour restaurants and bars right outside your door!
