Hello all~ I am looking for someone to take over my contract beginning July 2013.

It’s a 1-bedroom with ensuite bathroom, inside a 4-bedroom premium apartment, at Urbanest Student Accommodation. The address is 83 Quay Street, Haymarket, 2000, NSW.

The rooms are all separated, privacy’s very good. The difference between standard and premium apartments here are that premium apartments are fully furnished, with all the kitchen equipment you need, TV, and 40GB wi-fi every month.

The bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling window, aircon (automatically a heater during winter), big shelves, a cabinet, and a king single bed.

The rate of my contract will be $399/week until January 2014 (extendable), as opposed to Urbanest’s rate now for 6-month stays which is $446 a week. Really good deal as you’re in the middle of the city, the apartment’s fully furnished and all the bills are included in the fee

It’s a 3-min walk from Central Station or Railway Square
5-min walk to Chinatown
7-10minute walk to Darling Harbour
10 minute walk to World Square

There’s a laundry room (with washing machines & dryers), game room, courtyard, lounge, study room downstairs.

24/7 reception. Friendly staff. Residents living here are all students and they’re very nice as well
