Hi there! My flatmate is going back to her country and were looking for a person to take up her sunny room! Max. 4 people altogether in a spacious apartment (1 master ensuite (already filled by 2 of my flatmates) 1 double (thats me!) 1 sunny (for our awesome new tenant – you!)) and were all very friendly people! All of us are students and work part time so were fairly busy but were always there to help each other out. All utilities are included and fully furnished! You can even use our kitchen appliances etc – so just bring yourself and personal belongings. You will only have to share the bathroom with me. The building is 2 mins walk from World Square close to central station chinatown UTS (5mins) and USYD (8-10mins by bus)!
