Furnished double room to rent in 2 bedroom apartment for minimum 2 weeks to maximum stay of 3 months (negotiable). Longer stay may be possible but I cannot say at this stage. Sharing with 32 yo Scottish male (me) and a 35 yo Filipina. (We are NOT a couple).

Rent is $320/week incl all bills. Deposit is $620.

I am currently in a state of limbo and I am not sure if I will be leaving Australia. I have just finished working and if a new work contract does not come up I may decide to leave Australia, this is why I cannot offer a period of more than 3 months.

I would be sleeping on the sofa hence the reduced rate (total rate for that room is normally ~$430/week incl bills, I can supply a breakdown of rent and bills if requested). But I have to stress it is not one of those overcrowded apartments. There would only be 3 of us and you have full access to livingroom of course. Room is big and has en suite showeroom and balcony access.

We are a sociable pair and enjoy going out for drinks, restaurants, BBQs etc. Have a great sense of humour, so someone similar would be great!

Building is in excellent location, close to everything. Building also has gym, pool, sauna and squash court. View is simply AMAZING!

Non-smoking male preferred. NO COUPLES!
