- Modern Furniture as well as Unlimited Internet ADSL 2+ Plasma TV – Bills included. – Sleeping stuffs provided (Blanket, pillows,sheets…)

You can invite your friends, however nobody else cannot stay in the flat after 11pm.

DRINKING allowed, SMOKING on the balcony, Parties outside of the flat please

BOND: $300 and pay 2wks in advance – Its security deposit, which you receive in full back when you move out if you will not damage anything.
