Looking for quiet, clean, considerate Oversea person who wishes a resting place to stay near central Sydney. Available from 03 Feb, min stay up to Mid July, and longer stay is negotiable.

4 mins short walk to USYD, UTS, Broadway shopping Centre, Central Park shopping Centre, 8 mins walk to Central station.

The room is furnished with Single bed, mattress, desk, chair and small wardrobe in a renovated house. It has timber floor and comfortable for single person.

Housemates are Uni students and postgraduates. Everyone came from oversea, respectful, easy going, clean, nice and gorgeous, but independent with own schedule. A safe & secured place to stay.

You pay a partial electricity charge, approximately $2 per week. Rest of utilities is included in the price $205. Free Wi-Fi internet is included.
