We have a great room in our 5 bedroom house in Chippendale (just next to the Lansdowne) available 03/07.We are currently 4 girls and 1 guy aged between 20-27. We all either work or study and are a pretty relaxed household. Were looking for someone friendly who would be keen to hang out a bit but also we all do our own things a lot of the time.The place is in a great location just off city rd – walk to Central Sydney Uni Newtown Glebe – $7 steaks at the Lansdowne next door and Broadway shopping centre just across the road.We have 2 cats and a dog at the moment so you must like animals! The animals are all super friendly and love a good cuddle.Bond is 4 weeks rent and you would also pay 2 weeks rent in advance.
