We are looking for a friendly person to share our home with us. The house is located on 125 Abercrombie Street in the heart of Chippendale. It takes five minutes to walk to the Central Station UTS and University of Sydney. Nearby is Broadway shopping centre as well as a variety of bars gyms and parks. It is also walking distance to many of Sydneys other popular areas such as Newtown Glebe and Surry Hills with its bars restaurants and nightlife. The room is the biggest bedroom in the house. It has its own balcony with sun in the morning. The room is furnished with bed wardrobe and desk. We are six people living in the house two girls and four guys age 18 to 25 from Australia Poland Sweden and Ukraine. The house has a great atmosphere and we are all friendly outgoing people who study and/or work hard but also enjoy life fully. Additional information:- The room is available from 03-10-2012.- A two weeks bond is required when moving in which will be returned to You when You leave.- The house has a total of five bedrooms (three single and two shares). – One bathroom and one toilet. – A nice little backyard for drying your laundry or having a barbeque. – Laundry machine. – We request a minimum stay until 17-11-2012 but You are welcome to stay as long as You like. If You want to leave before then we would ask You to find your own replacement.
