We are looking for other friendly female to share our home.The room is available from the 17th of June (date can be discussed). We request a minimum stay until 23rd July 2011.After the 23rd you can get a new contract which will be till November. If you want to leave earlier you will have to find you own replacement (as I am doing right now). Our house has a shared living room big kitchen with dining table five bedrooms backyard with barbeque one bathroom and two toilets. We live with all international people. Three girls are from Germany one girl from the Netherlands one guy from France one guy from Italy and another guy from Turkey. We are all in the ages between 22 and 27 and some us of go to university and others are in Sydney to work or have an internship here. The house is located 5 minutes from Central Station UTS University of Sydney and a grocery store (Coles). Theres a convenience store right around the corner. There is WI-FI and also a shared computer that you can use.The bed that becomes available is in the master bedroom and the room has a private large balcony.You will share the room with one other girl. The room includes a bed desk chair and closet. A 4 week deposit is required which is returned when you leave.Please call and speak with me
