Hi my name is Ben and i have 2 large rooms available for rent in a house in Sutherland. The place is fully furnished and has plently of room in case you do have additional belongings you may wish to bring. Its located close to Sutherland station (5Min walk) and shops. The neighbourhood is friendly and has room for parking. The house has a spa BBQ and large kitchen and laundry.Im 26 years old work between 5 and 6 days a week and like to have a drink and chill out but ideally want a home that is a relaxing and clean. Couples accepted but rent will be slightly increased
