Seeking a reliable career focused non smoker to share a large clean near-new 2 bedroom unit. The room is a generous size and currently has a queen size bed with new mattress is east facing and quiet. Happy to rent room unfurnished if preferred. On street parking or lock up garage can be negotiated. We are 3min walk to trains busses and shops and its only a 30min train ride to Sydney Central. My partner is away for extended periods due to work so will only stay infrequently and I work in the film industry and have other part time employment. I am a fun loving person but live a fairly quiet life. We are offering the room free internet and lock up garage for $180 p/w and may offer slightly lower rent if garage is not required.
