I need a flatmate for a 2br unit in Sutherland. I have kitchen laundry etc. furniture but the bedroom in question is not furnished. (It is easy enough to rustle up a bed etc. of course if needed.)This is a catch-22 situation. If there is noone out there with whom to share it I will instead go with a 1br unit myself. The point is that I have not yet committed to leasing a unit; I have put this ad up because otherwise I can not contact anyone here. (The above address is that of my preference. Similarly the date is an estimate.)I am nearing my deadline; I have to jump one way or the other very shortly. (I was going to put up this ad several days ago but I balked at (initially) representing myself as actually having the place.) So genuine expressions of interest would be much appreciated.
