Need to rent out the spare room in my unit room features built in wardrobe with mirrored doors access to the balcony from your room you would have your own bathroom with shower and bath. Room fits a double bed perfectly. Except for your room all other furniture is provided internal laundry with washer and dryer unit has a HUGE balcony!Looking for someone who is pretty easy going and relaxed has a good sense of humour not going to be home ALL the time non-smoker.
