I am signing a lease on a 2 bedroom unit, the room available fits a double bed and has a built in robe. There is a large living area with air conditioning and a balcony so additional space if you need a desk or shelves set up in the unit. Gorgeous floorboards throughout and there is a double garage which can be used for parking or additional storage.
I’m a 31 year old female, working full time in health. I am easy going, reliable and friendly. I enjoy a few drinks or a chat or watching a movie with the flatmates but I also enjoy my own space and will respect yours. I’m looking for someone who is easy going, tidy and respectful.
The unit is located about a ten minute easy walk to the station and close to shops. I have most furniture but will need to buy a new lounge and some outdoor furniture so if you have anything, feel free to bring it to make the place your home as well as mine. Your bedroom will be unfurnished.
