I have a room avalible in my flat in Menai I am a school teacher so my hours are about 9 till 4 sometimes later. However I will spend only half my time staying here so I wil not be around very much. I have basic furniture lounge TV video four seater table. The apartment has a dishwasher mircowave oven and clothes dryer. I dont have a clothes washer at the momment. I am happy for you to bring some furniture I have a large balcony with no furniture at the momment and the room for rent is unfurnished.I will be leaving in six months so if you like the place you would be able to stay on and get someone else to share. There will be times when my 8 year old son will stay only week ends ad possibly school holidays.I am very easy going happy to share glass of wine and a chat at the end of the day.
