Hello,

My current flatmate of three years is moving out to be closer to work/uni and her old room is up for grabs.

A bit about the unit:

From the unit, it’s about an 8 minute walk to the beach, 6 minutes walk to the train station and only a short walk to grocery stores, clothing stores, book stores, cafes, restaurants, a cinema, etc…

The unit is in a security block with friendly neighbours. There is underground visitor parking area with street parking available as well. The unit is fully furnished (excluding your bedroom unless furniture is needed) with an internal washing machine, dishwasher, reverse cycle air-conditioner, 55 inch led tv, xbox, unlimited high speed wireless internet, shower and bathtub (separate) and built in wardrobes with floor to ceiling mirrors.

A bit about me:

I’m a 29 year old male, working two days a week for a family services provider while studying Permaculture full time. I’m also a scuba diver, currently a rescue diver in the process completing my dive master certification. There’s lots of great diving in the area if that interests you. I’m looking at getting back into shape so a workout buddy would be a bonus. I’ve got over half a tonne of weight in the garage that would be more than enough for us to use in a home gym.
