Hi I am a 19 year old female, working full time mon-friday near the city. I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment in the heart if Cronulla. The unit is located right near the shops and 2 min walking to the beach. The unit is not old and not brand new. It is kept clean and is very liveable. It also has water views from the balcony. I want someone who is easy is to get along with and also cleans up after themselves. On the weekends I might have a quiet one or go out. I don’t mind a few drinks and partying on the weekend. Throughout the week I come and go at night and do my own thing.

The unit include:
1x bathroom and toilet which are separate
Internal laundry
Good size kitchen with water views
Good size living room which is fully furnished
Note: the unit is all furnished except the second room.

The room is a good size will fit a double bed with draws etc. It does not have a wardrobe ( I’m more than happy to share half of mine, which I am currently doing at the moment it’s not an issue).

Rent: 210 p/w which included the garage, payments are paid fortnightly
Bills: 50/50 which is only electricity once every three months.
Bond: $800
