My age). I’m looking for a roommate to share my unit in Cronulla with. I am after someone easy to get along with and is respectful. Obviously living with someone else I except there to maybe form some sort of friendship. I work full time near the city and on the weekends I play sport or keep active. My unit might be about 15 years old but it is very liveable. I have fully furnished it all you need is your bedroom. From units I have previously looked at its quiet big for a two bedroom.

The unit includes internal laundry, one bathroom
With shower and bath with a separate room for the toilet. Top floor of a three story high block with views from the kitchen and living room of Cronulla beach. The available bedroom is small-medium you can easily fit a double bed in there with draws etc… It does not include a wardrobe though. Carpet thought except the kitchen and bathroom.

Rent is 210p/w, You will need to have two weeks of rent in advanced.
