Hi there! im fun very laid back and looking for an easygoing flatmate to join me in my great newly renovated unit one street back from Cronulla beach. My only issue is i want someone clean and tidy as everythings new. im very easy to get along with not a great cook (happy to take lessons haha). You would have your own new bathroom and bedroom has full wall mirrored wardrobe with floor to ceiling shoe rack (apparently a girls best friend) Prefer a non-smoker and sorry no pets. The unit is fully furnished spare bedroom can be furnished if rquired and is in a fantastic location? Balcony has a bbq and is in sun from sunrise to sunset.
