It has a large outside patio area, 2x sun rooms, living room, dining room, as well as the normal kitchen, and three bedrooms. The bedroom is quite large and overlooking the mall. Rent incorporates Foxtel, electricity and internet access (available with your own PC). I am a shift worker with a varied shift, don’t mind a drink. We have a pet fish.
