Hi With my previous flatmate moving in with his girlfriend I have a room available to let in South Cronulla. Located about 75m from blackwoods beach and 5-10mins to the Mall and Train Station. The apartment is fully furnished with water views to jibbon head. The room comes with a built-in but you would need to supply a bed. There is also spare storage capacity around the apartment and within the garage. For me I am a 28yo professional working reasonably long hours in the CBD. I have a fairly laid-back attitude about things and likely to only be there on nights and weekends.
